Yahoo! rejects Microsoft bid.

Tech talk, get out if you don't care.

The software giant Microsoft has offered Yahoo a substantial amount of money to acquire them (around $43b), most probably because Google will never sell out to them. Yet Yahoo! has refused to be bought by the software giant. Yahoo should remain steadfast in their decision to NOT be bought by MS, due to the fact that if MS buys everything in sight, they will merge, mix and match, which is not always a good thing.

On the contrary, I have deep respect for MS as a business model, they seek to acquire other businesses which will increase their own revenue. Their strategy is solid, yes, it might encourage a "tyranny" among software companies but then again, I'm an avid MS fan, yet not blinded by their actions, some of them are questionable. But every company makes dodgy moves.
